Terms of Use
Last updated July 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Encored (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Using the app
You need an Apple account to sign in. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Don’t use Encored to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
The shows, notes, and photos you add are yours. By pooling a photo or setlist with other attendees, you grant those people — and us, only to operate the service — permission to store and display it to that group. You’re responsible for the content you share.
Purchases
Encored Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Third-party services
The app can open songs and setlists in Apple Music or Spotify. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Availability
We work to keep Encored running, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using Encored and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Our intellectual property
The Encored app, its name, and its logo belong to us. These terms don’t grant you any right to use them except to use the app as intended.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Encored’s developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. (Placeholder — set your governing jurisdiction here before public launch.)
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
